CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

June 1999 – Present:

Executive Vice President for Marketing and Director, Business Equity Appraisal Reports, Inc., San Carlos, CA.

Business Equity Appraisal Reports is a national provider of business valuation and related services. 

Primary responsibilities include day-to-day marketing activities, developing marketing and business plans for planned major expansion in both product lines and marketing channels, and development of a planned successor corporation.

August 1995 – Present:

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, PowerPlann TM, Inc., Seattle, Washington.

This is a for-profit corporation providing high level consultation services to the energy sector and, specifically, to electric power utilities. 

 PowerPlann has recently completed a contract with one of the largest utilities in the United States to develop software products which manage the generation and distribution of hydroelectric power for one of the largest river systems on the continent. 

 The company is also consulting in the design of power generation and water management infrastructure for a $2.0 billion project in Northern California.  Nondisclosure agreements preclude detailed discussion of these activities.

 California State math and Physics Champion for high school level (age 16).
